Crosby developer outlines mixed-use scheme proposals
A Crosby-born property developer has outlined plans for a new retail and housing development in the town.David Cain, managing director of Crossfield Exclusive Developments and Crossfield Group, has bought Telegraph House on Moor Lane. He hopes to redevelop the site in a bid to help boost the fortunes of Crosby Village, with proposals including a four-storey building comprising retailers and apartments.
