Cushman & Wakefield appointed to Manchester scheme
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to launch a bespoke collection of new-build apartments set within a converted Victorian mill in Manchester.The company’s new homes team have been tasked by Regency Residential – the sales arm for MCR Property – with acting as the primary agent on the Mason Street scheme. It will comprise 13 one and two-bedroom apartments.Julian Cotton, associate and head of Cushman & Wakefield’s new homes division in Manchester, said: “Manchester is fast becoming the new hub for global business and as such is drawing an increasingly large mix of young professionals and entrepreneurs to the city, attracted by the growing career and business development opportunities, diversity of culture and social scene.”
