Dairy Partners buys land for Gloucestershire expansion
Mozzarella and pizza cheese producer Dairy Partners has acquired a 4.5-acre development site in Gloucestershire.The site on the Stroudwater Business Park at Stonehouse has been bought in a deal brokered by Bruton Knowles and Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of Ashville Asset Management.Following Ashville’s original purchase of the land, consent was secured for a 90,000 sq ft commercial use before it was marketed for sale as a whole or for bespoke design and build opportunities. Existing occupiers at Stroudwater Business Park include Schlumberger, Renishaw, Dairy Crest, Dentsply and Delphi.There is also a further 1.2-acre plot available to purchase as a whole or offer companies a design and build option.
