Deal agreed for Stanwell hotel
A hotel and restaurant in the village of Stanwell on the south side of Heathrow Airport has been sold to Splendid Hospitality Group.The Stanwell Heathrow Hotel and Restaurant was sold through specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.Comprising the main house, a modern extension, and a stable block, the hotel provides 53 en suite guest bedrooms arranged across the three buildings.Alongside the accommodation, The Stanwell offers a range of facilities including two function rooms, a restaurant, bar and lounge, fitness suite, and a garden room.Due to its proximity to Heathrow Airport and road links, the hotel is popular with leisure and corporate guests. The venue also hosts a variety of events.It becomes Splendid Hospitality Group’s 20th UK hotel and will be rebranded.
