deal struck for 600-home development
A subsidiary of Brighton and Hove Albion FC has struck a deal for the development of hundreds of new homes in Lancing.New Marks Farm Development Ltd has entered into an agreement with CALA Homes (South East) Ltd to construct 600 new dwelling on New Monks Farm.Adur District Council hailed the plans and said they form a large part of its new housing provision in its emerging local plan.Of the 600 new homes, 180 will be affordable.
