Detail appointed to Transport House redevelopment
Detail has been appointed to the redevelopment of Transport House in West Bromwich.The landmark building was acquired by Bramham Properties in January 2021 after being placed on the market in 2019. The redevelopment will be called Transport Works.Work to develop the former office building will commence in the first quarter of 2021 with an anticipated completion in the second quarter of 2022. The total investment value for the project is anticipated to be around £5m.The scheme has been brought forward as a joint venture between Bramham Properties and HCT Homes.
