Detailed plans in for Alderley Park luxury homes
PH Homes has submitted detailed plans for a scheme to build 74 luxury homes in Alderley Park.The proposals involve creating 74 homes in a range of detached, semi-detached and mews styles, alongside sport and leisure facilities, a gastropub, a boutique hotel and a farm shop.The site already has outline planning consent. Consultant HOW Planning worked with PH Homes on the preparation of the reserved matters application.
