Details of Harrogate residential development revealed
Details have been revealed of a proposed new residential development to the south west of Harrogate.Banks Property is developing proposals for the new Castle Hill West housing scheme on a 31.4-acre site in Pannal Ash and is set to submit an outline planning application to Harrogate Borough Council in the near future.The scheme would include up to 270 family homes, a new primary school, informal green space, and new footpath and road links.The site, which is allocated for housing in the new Harrogate Local Plan, is located directly opposite the Castle Hill Farm site along Whinney Lane for which Banks Property received planning permission in 2018. Housebuilder Stonebridge Homes began work on building the first of 130 family homes on this site at the end of last year.
