Details revealed of Warwickshire commercial scheme
Details have been revealed of a major commercial scheme at an established business park in Warwickshire.Warwickshire Property and Development has requested an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening opinion from Stratford-on-Avon District Council for a project on the last development plot at Holywell Business Park in Southam.The development comprises 42,200 sq ft of storage and distribution space, split across nine units varying in size.Ancillary office accommodation, car parking and service yards would also be provided.A statement accompanying the EIA request said: “Both the construction and operational phases will consume natural resources, including water and energy, and will product waste.”However, the inherent efficiencies in the proposed building fabric and design will seek to limit these factors and offer and environmentally friendly and efficient development.”
