Developer secures finance boost for Heswall scheme
A Wirral-based developer has secured its fifth Bridging Finance Solutions facility to finance its latest luxury housing scheme.BFS has confirmed a £2.5m loan for Starship Group to finance the acquisition of both the land and all associated build costs for the scheme.The plans include demolishing a former doctors surgery in Heswall and replacing it with nine apartments.The estimated value of the development once complete is expected to be in the region of £3.1m.
