Developer submits plans for new Staffordshire housing scheme
Muller Property Group has submitted a planning application for 53 homes to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for a site in Cheadle.The developer wants to build on 2.05 hectares of land to the north of Oakamoor Road in the town.The proposed development comprises a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed houses, up to 17 of which will be affordable homes.“Our vision for this site is to create an attractive new gateway into the town of Cheadle, while supporting the demand for much needed new housing within the local community,” said Colin Muller, chief executive of Muller Property Group.He added: “We consider this site ideal for the creation of an exciting, sustainable development and we look forward to taking our proposals forward to the next stage.”
