Developers reveal plans for 100 homes and 50-bed care home on agricultural land in Looe
A field in Cornwall could become a massive housing development as a planning application for 100 new homes and a 50-bed care home has been submitted.The 4.41 hectare land is located on the east side of Barbican Road in Looe, opposite the Community Academy. The planning application, which was submitted to Cornwall Council in July, seeks permission for the development of 100 homes, a care home of up to 50 beds, parking, access and infrastructure on site.
