Developments second phase green lit
The second phase of a major housing development, which involves the construction of more than 120 properties in Market Harborough, has been green lit.Davidsons Developments sought reserved matters approval to build 123 homes on land south of Kettering Road, representing the second phase of the larger site known as Overstone Park.This follows the approval of outline consent in 2015 and 2019 for 600 dwellings.The detailed plans comprise a mixture of one- to five-bedroom units, 22 of which will be allocated as affordable.Members voted to approve the scheme, subject to conditions.
