Development agreement for Baltic Wharf regeneration plans
Acorn Property Group and TQ9 Partnership have entered into a joint venture agreement on the further redevelopment of Baltic Wharf in Totnes, Devon.This latest stage of regeneration will include a mix of both residential homes and some commercial space including the retention of the boatyard.Following their agreement, the development partners will now seek to work with Totnes Town Council and Ward Members along with South Hams Council and others on the site which already has planning consent, to develop and implement the plans.
