Development site alongside new Gelding access road for sale
Shortly after the new opening of Gedling’s new access road, Colliery Way, a plot of roadside land has become available for sale by Innes England.Situated off of Colliery Way, the 13.4 acre site is opposite a new housing development, where over 1,000 new homes are under construction and adjacent to the 580-acre Gelding country park.Redevelopment of the plot will utilise a brownfield site that has been left vacant for over three decades, last being used in 1991.Director at Innes England, Scott Osbourne said: “Outline planning permission for a variety of uses has been gained already, including roadside retail, drive-thru food as well as sit down pubs and restaurants, leisure and gymnasium facilities, industrial and employment operations and logistics and distribution centres. These permissions give the site a very wide scope of potential and make it an ideal investment.”
