Dolphin Centre set for £26m upgrade
The owner of the Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole is set to invest £26m in the property and surrounding areas.Legal & General has reached an agreement with Borough of Poole Council to improve the shopping centre, Falkland Square, Kingland Crescent and public spaces. The work is designed to create a more attractive shopping and leisure destination for local people and visitors. As part of the agreement, the council will invest £1.5m in further improvements to the car parking at the Dolphin Shopping Centre.
