Early success at £6.5m housing development
A £6.5m housing development being built in Birchwood has been boosted by a number of sites being snapped up.So far 28 homes, included 23 rented and five shared-ownership properties, of the 66 being constructed at Nuvu Birchwood have been reserved. The scheme is set to complete in mid-2019.The development will comprise two and three-bedroom dwellings and is being worked on by MCI Developments in partnership with Warrington Borough Council and Homes England.
