Elliot Group secures £16.8m for Wolstenholme Square
Liverpool-based developer Elliot Group has secured a £16.8m funding package to complete construction of the final phase of its £100m Wolstenholme Square project.The building, known as The Address at One Wolstenholme Square, will comprise 151,620 sq ft of space and include 32 studios, 102 one-bed apartments and 66 two-bed homes.There will also be two commercial units on the ground floor.The NatWest loan marks a change of direction for the developer which, to date, has funded its schemes through individual investor contributions on the retail market.The luxury block is on the former headquarters of social care charity PSS, which Elliot Group acquired in June 2017, and will rise to 11 storeys. It was designed by the Liverpool studio of Falconer Chester Hall, with Newry Construction appointed as contractor.Completion is expected in June 2020.
