ENGIE wins £12m housing contract
Energy and regeneration specialist ENGIE has been appointed by emh, an East Midlands-based housing group, to create a £12m housing scheme in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire.Located on Wellingborough Road, the project will involve the construction of 84 houses and bungalows ranging from two to four bedrooms.The scheme – named ‘The Gateway’ – is located close to local amenities and attractive green spaces, making it an ideal location for families.The new homes will be available for affordable rent, rent to buy, shared ownership and for sale on the open market.Work on the site is due to commence in July of this year.
