Engineering supplier takes space at new development
Engineering supplier The Hayley Group has agreed a deal for space at a new industrial development in Bradford.Commercial property developer Frank Marshall Estates has built 18,000 sq ft of workshop and office space in small units to create the Nano Park as part of its existing Newhall Business Park. It is expected to support the creation of at least 60 jobs.The Hayley Group has taken 6,665 sq ft of space at the development.Newhall Business Park is located next to the M606 off Rooley Lane and at the entrance to the ProLogis Park on land that was once part of a golf club. Frank Marshall Estates bought the site in 2016 and has already successfully developed and let eight larger units.The marketing agent for Newhall Business Park is Jonathan O’Connor of Walker Singleton, while legal advice was provided by Simon Mydlowski of Gordons. Joint agents on the scheme are Eddisons Bradford which is headed by John Padgett.
