Exchange Station to introduce smaller suites
Dedicated suites starting from 900 sq ft are to be created at Exchange Station in Liverpool city centre in an effort to attract smaller occupiers.As part of a £7m refurbishment programme, Commercial Estates Group in partnership with Anglo Scandinavian Estates has started work on revamping the ground floor of the scheme on Tithebarn Street to introduce suites ranging from 900 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft. The space will also feature a ten-person meeting room.Quoting rent for the smaller suites is £15 per sq ft.The refurbishment works are scheduled for completion in late October 2016.
