Expansion plans for Lancaster business park
A Lancaster business park looks set to expand after plans to build more than 20 new incubator units were recommended for approval.Keer Park is located in Carnforth and comprises a host of commercial and office spaces.The existing buildings within the site formed part of TDG’s distribution facilities, which were occupied until the early 2000s before being repurposed and re-let.Proposed is the erection of three blocks, which will be set out adjacent to the existing warehouse building. Each would comprise seven light industrial units with parking.They would be earmarked as flexible starter operations, with each block comprising 3,500 sq ft of space.
