Eyewear retailer to open in Bath
Eyewear retailer Ollie Quinn has agreed a deal for a new store in Bath.The company, advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook, has taken 14 New Bond Street on a new eight-year lease. It will trade from both ground and basement levels.The store will occupy a corner position in the city close to occupiers including Bobby Brown, L’Occitane and Space NK. The new site will also provide healthcare with trained in-store optometrists offering eye exams to customers.Ollie Quinn makes all its frames in-house and sells them through its boutiques. The Bath outlet will take the retailer to 12 stores in the UK including a recently opened store located in Park Street Bristol, also acquired by Hartnell Taylor Cook, with more stores to follow.In April the company secured a £3m investment from Foresight Group to help facilitate the rollout of additional stores.
