FCB Studios wins Heart of the City II project
Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has been appointed as architect on a mixed-use leisure scheme forming part of Sheffield’s Heart of the City II development.The practice has been awarded a £1.8m contract for Block H of the Heart of the City II scheme.A £40m retail, food and beverage, and leisure complex is planned for the 140,000 sq ft site, with new build blocks to be built alongside retained, historic buildings.HLM Architects has recently been appointed to work on the £45m Block A element of the Heart of the City II development.Planning consent was granted for blocks B and C of the Heart of the City II scheme last week (12 March 2019).
