FEC to consult on Red Bank homes
FEC is consulting on proposals for the 634 homes that would form the first step in the regeneration of the Red Bank neighbourhood.The draft Victoria Riverside plans – which would also form part of the wider Northern Gateway programme – are being put to the public later in the month.The proposed scheme comprises three towers, with the landmark 37-storey building marking the corner of Gould Street and Dantzic Street. Two sister sites of 18 and 26 storeys complete the development.Designed by HawkinsBrown with Planit IE, the development would also feature commercial uses along Dantzic Street and public realm to create Gateway Square.
