First Endeavour LLP Proposes Major Affordable Housing Scheme on Kincardines Toll Road
The development project seeks to deliver 80 homes in two phases, addressing the demand for affordable housing in the local community and meeting Fife Council’s housing goals. The initial phase of the project aims to construct 45 homes, including all necessary roads, parking, and landscaping, followed by an additional 35 homes in the second phase, according to planning documents. The proposal includes a diverse mix of housing types, ranging from two-bedroom terraced homes to larger four and five-bedroom family homes. The development plan also incorporates eight flats. The proposed site layout provides primary access from Toll Road in the south, and secondary access from Moor Loch Lane. The design strategy ensures the new neighbourhood is interconnected with a network of roads while also harmoniously incorporating the local topography. All houses are planned to front onto new streets and open spaces, with an emphasis on maximising southern views, The Courier reports. The application is currently awaiting review and approval from Fife Council.
