Flats plan for city centre office
A city centre office could be converted into a residential property if plans are approved.The plans for the property at 57 Commercial Street in Newport city centre involve converting three floors of the property into one flat. The property currently has 2,680 sq ft of office space.The proposed flat will include three bedrooms and will gain two car parking spaces over the previous office.Newport City Council’s planning officers will make a decision on the proposal in due course.
