Former care facility and hostel sold for £2.2m
A former care facility and hostel in Leeds city centre has changed hands in a £2.2m deal.Property consultancy Eddisons has sold Holdforth Court to a private investor, which has plans to redevelop the site for residential use.The 15,000 sq ft, 36-bedroom facility on Brussels Street was owned by St Anne’s Community Services, which provides care, support and housing services for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues across the North of England.Lambert Smith Hampton director Richard Corby acted on behalf of the purchaser in the Holdforth Court acquisition.
