Former council depot housing plans move forward
Housing plans for the site of a former council depot in Bolsover have moved forward.Dragonfly brought forward proposals to redevelop the former Bolsover District Council direct services depot on Mill Lane to provide 32 homes.The site extends to approximately 3.4 acres of brownfield land.Dragonfly sought the go-ahead to demolish the old depot buildings, remove the hard surfaces and restore the site to enable the creation of 23, two-storey and nine, single-storey properties.The scheme comprises a mixture of three to four-bed units, three of which will be allocated as affordable housing.The scheme has now been approved, subject to conditions.
