The site of the former Hulme Hall Grammar School in Cheadle Hulme is set to be transformed.Having remained vacant and dilapidated since its previous occupier relocated to Davenport in July 2017, the site is now subject to a proposal submitted by P4 Planning on behalf of Seddon Developments and PH Property Holdings.The application to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council is for a residential development comprising 37 homes, comprising 16 apartments and 21 homes.The professional team includes P4 Planning, Barnes Walker Landscape Architects, SK Transport Planning, Orion Heritage, Cheshire Woodlands and Dave Gowen Design.
