Former Llanelli nightclub set for £1.8m redevelopment
A building regardedd as an eyesore in Llanelli town centre could be demolished and re-built within months as part of a £1.8m investment.EON Investment wants to redevelop the former Raffles Nightclub in Murray St into a mix of residential and commercial space set over five floors. It would be known as Cwrt Dilwyn.The company secured the existing lease and is working with Carmarthenshire County Council, which has the freehold on the property, to negotiate a longer term agreement.
