Former pub site tipped for housing development
The site of a now-demolished Nottingham pub could be transformed into a new housing development if plans are voted through next week.Swish Architecture, on behalf of Swan Homes, is seeking the go-ahead for the scheme on the old site of the Middletons pub in Trowell Road.If the green light is given by Nottingham City Council’s planning committee at a virtual meeting on Wednesday 18 November, a total of 16 homes would be constructed.Council officers have recommended the scheme be given the go-ahead.
