Former The Binding Site land earmarked for commercial scheme
A commercial scheme extending to about 73,000 sq ft has been proposed for land previously used by The Binding Site in Birmingham.DV4 Coltham has lodged plans to construct three buildings for use classes B2, B8 and E on Warstock Road in Kings Heath.The Binding Site moved its operations to Five Ways in Birmingham city centre in 2011 and the Warstock Road premises remained unoccupied until its eventual demolition in 2017.The three new buildings would provide ten commercial units, accompanied by a service yard and 120 car parking spaces, including 12 disabled, 14 electric vehicle and a maximum of 36 cycle spaces.
