Funding deal in place for Milton Keynes scheme
Residential development finance specialist Pluto Finance has completed an £8m loan to Paul Newman New Homes for a 26-unit scheme in Milton Keynes.The Monkston Park development will incorporate 18 houses and eight affordable apartments, located on the south side of Milton Keynes on the edge of the Ouzel Valley.The stretched senior residential loan for Monkston Park is the second time Pluto Finance has funded a Paul Newman New Homes scheme, following the development of a 34-unit development in the New Bradwell area, also in Milton Keynes.
