Funding deal supports luxury housing development
A Surrey property developer has commenced work on a new luxury housing development in East Sussex after securing a seven-figure funding deal.The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has provided THS Homes with the funding package to begin work on the Aqua Vista development on 107 Marine Drive on the Rottingdean cliffs.The scheme will consist of a total of nine ‘Art Deco’ style homes including six two-bedroom apartments, one three-bedroom apartment and two three-bedroom semi-detached houses. The development is due for completion in July 2017.Based in Surrey and established in 2004, THS Homes is a family-run boutique development company that has completed projects across London and the South East. The firm specialises in all types of domestic construction work including new build and conversion, heritage restoration, basements, groundworks, structural concrete, hand built kitchens, bathrooms and interiors.
