Funding secured for new Glossop homes
Cowgills Property Finance has secured £3.38m of funding from Homes England for the development of new homes in Glossop.The Uplands development at Wooley Bridge in Hadfield is being brought forward by Richard Lloyd Developments, led by principals Paul Feehan and Mark Jones. It will feature a 31 three and four-bedroom family properties.David Rainford, Cowgills Property Finance director and managing director of sister company PMJ Capital, has been working with the developer and Homes England to secure funding for the scheme which, when complete, will have a gross development value of more than £10m.
