Future comms expands hants presence
Specialist telecoms provider Future Comms has struck a deal to expand its operation at the Royal Clarence Marina development in Gosport.The company has taken a new 15-year lease on 4,000 sq ft at The Mill as the business continues its expansion plans.Already based in Unit 4, the company has secured units 1-3 to accommodate its current and future staff after enjoying a significant increase in demand for its services in the last 12 months.Redeveloped by Berkeley Homes, Royal Clarence Marina is a mixed-use development in a prime waterfront position. The former Royal Navy victualling yard has been transformed and now includes about 700 new homes, business units and offices, leisure facilities, shops and restaurants.The letting was managed by Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, joint marketing agent for the Royal Clarence Marina scheme.
