GMI to build £32m jewellery quarter scheme
GMI Construction Group has been appointed to build a £32m residential scheme in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter.The development, titled Setl, is HBD’s first city centre development in Birmingham and has been designed by BPN.It will feature 101 apartments along with 2,350 sq ft of ground floor commercial space.Plans also include a courtyard, workspace, a lounge and a gym, as well as a garden on the upper floors of the six-storey building.
