Go-ahead for affordable Bromsgrove housing project
Planning approval has been secured for an affordable housing project in Bromsgrove.Living Space Housing sought the go-ahead to build 60 homes on a 4.2-acre site Perryfields Road.Designed by the Birmingham office of Stephen George and Partners, plans feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes of multiple tenures.The site forms part of an allocation for 1,300 properties.Living Space lodged the plans for the Perryfields Road scheme in the summer, in conjunction with Worcester-based PDR Developments.
