Go-ahead for former Wantage school site homes
A former school site in Wantage is to be transformed into a 150-home scheme after plans were approved.The King Alfred School Site, which was previously home to year 7 and 8 pupils, was handed over to Bovis Homes in January 2018.The housing development comprises a mix of dwellings, from one-bed apartments to five-bedroom houses.As part of the plans, Bovis Homes will contribute £1.6m to the local economy.
