Go-ahead set for business park units
Plans for a development of commercial units at a business park in Cardigan look set for the go-ahead.TID Holdings Ltd is seeking full planning permission for the scheme at Parc Teifi Business Park.Two commercial buildings would be constructed, one consisting of six units within unit one and 12 units within unit two. Also included would be access, parking, and associated landscaping works.The buildings would be used business, general industrial and storage and distribution uses, and overall would provide a total commercial floor area of around 20,000 sq ft.A total of 60 car parking spaces would be provided, including three disabled spots and six EV charging points. Cycle parking would also be included.An officer’s report has recommended the application is approved, subject to conditions.
