Green light expected for nine-storey apartment scheme
A nine-storey apartment building could be constructed in Birmingham city centre after the plans were recommended for approval.Holloway City Homes is behind the scheme for land at 76 Holloway Head which will be transformed into a development featuring 34 apartments if the green light is given at a meeting of Birmingham City Council’s planning committee on Thursday 2 August.The project also includes 1,323 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor and the demolition of the existing four-storey commercial building on the site.
