Green light expected for retirement homes bid
An application to develop 30 retirement apartments in Coventry has been tipped for the green light.Land adjacent to 1 to 21 Ebbw Vale Terrace has been set aside for the proposed scheme.The land was the former location of a two-storey building which provided 16 flats for sheltered housing.A final decision is set to be made by Coventry City Council at a meeting of its planning committee on Thursday 10 December.
