Green light for £31m Leigh scheme

Plans for a £31m canalside housing development in Leigh have been backed.Your Housing Group is behind the application, which is for 226 homes with 113 for shared ownership and 113 for affordable rent.The scheme, to be known as Waterside Point, will be designed and built by Wigan-based MCI Developments.
