Green light for 48 new Linlithgow apartments
MACTAGGART & Mickel has been granted planning permission to build 48 new apartments on a brownfield site at a former petrol filling station in Linlithgow, West Lothian.The housebuilder described the project as an ‘extremely sustainable and a thoughtful’ reuse of the area, claiming it will boast energy-efficient buildings with photovoltaic panels on the main roofs, gardens along the front of the buildings, landscaping, and and a tree-lined boulevard.
