Green light for 55 North Yorkshire homes
Property consultancy Pegasus Group has secured planning permission for a development of 55 homes in North Yorkshire.The development will be built on land at Grainbeck Lane, Killinghall, on a greenfield site that has previously been allocated for housing in the Local Plan.The full application proposes 55 properties – of which 22 will be affordable – as well as landscaping and parking.The Urban Design team from Pegasus Group’s Leeds office worked with Linden Homes Yorkshire West and Harrogate Council on improvements throughout the application process in order to achieve a design that planning officers were able to support.
