Green light for 550-apartment scheme
Planning permission has been granted for more than 550 new flats across six blocks in Bradford.Pegasus Group has secured reserved matters consent on behalf of Manchester Road Development One Ltd, a Yorkshire Ventures company, for a residential-led development on Manchester Road.The scheme will comprise six apartment blocks with a total of 554 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, as well as two commercial units.The approved plans also include parking for 118 cars, green spaces between the buildings and a new courtyard.
