Green light for £5m job-creating commercial scheme
The green light has been given to a plan for a £5m commercial scheme in Lincolnshire which could create up to 75 jobs.Mill Hill Developments is behind the application which was submitted to South Kesteven District Council for consideration in March 2018.The plan relates to 4.7 acres of land at the junction of Harlaxton Road and Trent Road and include a petrol filling station with an associated convenience retail unit, a drive-thru coffee unit and a builders merchant with yard space, alongside retail and office accommodation.The authority’s planning committee made a final decision on the application at a meeting on Tuesday 13 November.The scheme was designed by John Halton Design with both Globe Consultants and Turvey Consultancy forming part of the team.
