Green light for Cliffe Woods mixed-use development
Plans for new employment space, a nursery and nearly 100 homes at Cliffe Woods, Kent, have secured permission from Medway Council.Designed for Longfield-based Esquire Developments by Clague Architects, the 92 homes are a mixture of different sizes and tenures with 69 for private sale, including nine bungalows, and the remaining 23 earmarked as affordable housing.The site to the west of Town Road, has been designed to sit within its setting following a study of local architectural character by Clague, with particular attention paid to defining architectural styles and materials.
