Green light for final stage of 295-home development
Permission has been granted for 99 homes and a replacement school to be built in Effingham.The approval is for the final set of homes as part of a 295-home development.The Howard of Effingham School will be replaced by a new building to be constructed on the site opposite.The application was submitted by Berkeley Homes, outlining benefits for the public such as the provision of housing.Guildford Borough Council’s planning committee approved the application at a meeting on Wednesday (19 June).
